Just Don't Fit Right

Bought a month or so ago for my daughter who has Mizuno pants that are similar. For some reason these just don't fit right. They are bulky in the waist area...when she squats down in them, the back bulges out. They fit fine when she is upright, but not when she does "softball" moves.
