The Mongoose Expo scooter is made to keep your child busy for hours having fun and getting exercise. It can be taken for rides around the neighborhood or to local parks and trails. It features 12" inflatable tires that can handle a variety of surfaces, such as dirt and grass, while also providing a fast and smooth ride on pavement. This kids' scooter is designed with a BMX freestyle brake rotor and axle pegs allowing the rider to safely perform a multitude of tricks. It also comes with alloy caliper hand brakes that provide confident speed control and immediate stopping ability. It is recommended for ages 6 and up and only needs minimal assembly. Solid Scooter

Got this for our daughter for Christmas. Putting it together wasn’t terrible. Had to tighten up the brakes a little bit, but solid enough I have hopped on it and nothing crazy. Only two downfalls if give it. 1- The pegs that come with it are basically useless since you’ll clip it while peddling. 2- no kick stand so it just lays on the ground.

Beautiful Scooter But Had No Height Adjustment

Unfortunately, this scooter was so perfect in many ways, but it didn't have any handlebar height adjustment. The handles were much too short for my granddaughter.

All Day Fun!

Its A Very Good Scooter For Just Having Fun

It was very difficult as someone who has never put a scooter together to build it and put it together especially without the tools necessary to get it working. Overall it's very nice responsive and smooth the handle grips are very rugged and durable and the brakes are great for the little ones if they can't react in time to stop.

I definitely feel as with any scooter, supervision is needed until the person riding the scooter is comfortable with it and learns how it works.

Cute, Safe And Affordable

On top of being an amazing hot pink color with a super cool skull design, Mongoose made this scooter to last. Unlike those ankle biter scooters, we all grew up with this scooter has a wide foot area, with it also being stationary (so no more chewed up ankles). There are also two hand breaks that easily stop the scooter. This is my new favorite backyard toy that my oldest will grow into and will be loved for years to come. Definitely recommend.

Better Scooter - Safer Ankles

This scooter is safe, fun, and feels so smooth. I love that it can fit in my truck (SUV) or my husbands (Prius) so it can come with us for our little on anywhere. As a mom i like that the standing part doesn’t move so no legs will be whipped when doing tricks. and the price of this is a steal for the quality it is. 119?? for this?? WHAT A GOOD DEAL

Great Scooter My Little Will Grow Into

It's a little big for my daughter right now, but she'll definitely grow into it, which makes it a good long-term investment. She had a ball riding it slowly with her father. The scooter glides smoothly. One thing to note: the brakes aren't great if you're a heavier adult (my husband is around 200lbs and found them lacking). They work fine for kids, but adults should be cautious if they're planning to ride along. Despite that, it's been a hit with our daughter and the quality seems good for the price point!

Purchased for a 6 year old. Enjoys the scooter. Instructions for assembly not overly complicated. Scooter is getting a lot of use & holding up well.
