Good Bike Poor Customer Service

Item went on sale and dicks has a policy of 24 hour returns on bikes and two week limit on price matching. Do not purchase bikes from dicks as they won’t match and customer service is awful.

Great Bike Could Have Been Checked Out Better

Purchased bike already assembled. Was checked out by department before purchase then my kid drove it to the part and I had to pick him up because multiple pets were loose including handle bars and seat.
