Solid Bike

Bought for my 11 year old when needed an upgrade from a 16 inch bike. Really well made, he really enjoys the shocks and being able to switch gears.

Poor Customer Service

The bikes themselves are easy enough to assemble and decent quality. The problem is their Point of Sale process and client service. After buying two bikes online (an accepted order) a month ago, they sent me an order cancelation email an hour later without explanation. When I called they had no idea why the order was cancellated and had to process the order manually. A month later, I'm attempted to buy two more bikes, this time their website at least communicates they 'can't' process my order. I'll called customer service 3x today trying to buy two more bikes. Unsuccessfully. The last time I asked to speak to a supervisor to relay my disappointment. I waited on hold for 30 mins and then the call terminated.

Great Gift

I bought this for a birthday gift, it was a.hit. Plus we had great service at the store. Very happy with the purchase.

Would Recomment

We bought this for our 11 year old son and it's perfect. Great quality and easy to maneuver.

Decent Bike, But.....

My son fell in love with this bike in the store when we were looking for a new one for him. I don't appreciate Dick's pricing policy, or return policy on bikes. This is a Christmas gift, so I can not speak on longevity, but so far it seems decent, a step above Walmart/target bikes. Was assembled correctly. My biggest beef is that Dick's plays pricing games (reminding me of Kohls) that differ hundreds of dollars, and refuse to honor those prices after the fact. They also DO NOT accept returns on bikes, so if you give one as a gift, hopefully it is exactly what they wanted. Dick's please do better. Americans don't have hundreds to waste right now. Customers, wait and track prices before you commit. Dicks will not support you.

Terrible Bike.

I bought this bike about two months ago but didn’t use it for a month because I was injured, and when I rode it the bike was acting out. I had it built at the store. It would shift gears on its own and would basically glitch out. It gets the job done, but it doesn’t do it well. Also, my bike seat would lower on its own and I would struggle to ride it. Lastly, my front wheel was loose and could’ve fallen off at any moment. Very dangerous and poor choice of a bike.

Nice Bike For The Price

We bought this for my still growing 10yr old so we didn’t want to spend a ton of money. He loves it and being able to pick it up already assembled was an added benefit.

Nice Bike - No Kickstand 🤷🏻‍♀️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited about checking out this bike my boyfriend and I like to go bike riding and get out in nature and hiking and everything like that so having I’d like for him to be able to use that isn’t mine I love the functionality. I love the switching of the gears, putting it together was extremely quick and easy however, I’m a little disappointed in the fact that there is no kickstand, that’s the reason why it not having a kickstand on a bike just does not make any sense at all so disappointed that I’m having to go out and buy kickstand in order to attach it for it to stand in the garage but all in all, it’s a great bike seems durable. I love the quick release on the wheels so that’s nice kickstand not having one is a bummer.

Great Bike!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very easy to put together right out of the box. It was very effortless, if any tools were needed they were very common and probably in your household tool box. it’s very comfortable to ride except for the bike seat. The seat was very uncomfortable for men, but women didn’t seem to have a problem, it’s also a very good looking bike. The braking system is probably the best part of this bike. It has brakes like I’ve never seen on a bike. It is some sort of disk braking system .Bike is suitable for teenagers and adults alike. Fun to ride in neighbor hood and also on trails.

My Super Bike!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg! I cannot thank enough to Influenster for sending me this bike! The quality of the bike looks great. The tire seems to have a good grip. Gears are smooth. Overall, very much satisfied! 🤩

Good Stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mountain bike is of fairly high quality. I particularly liked the wheels. I'm not adept at riding a bike, but this one was simple to use. I scanned the assembly guide QR code, and it was simple to assemble.

Very Easy To Ride!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product in exchange for my honest review! The bike is amazing! I usually ride beach crusiers. Iris much easier to do more terrain then my old bike!
