Ayden's Gift From Santa, Christmas 2025

My 9 year old son, Ayden got the 20 inch L80 in red from Santa this last Christmas. He's 5 foot tall and 150 lbs. and it fit him perfectly. He love's it. I'm 45 years old, 5'10", 225 lbs. and I love it too!

Quality Control Issue On Seat Post

Unfortunately I received a defective bike. I even took it to a bike shop to confirm the seat post is broken. I wish I had bought a bike from a brick and mortar retailer where returns and exchanges are easy if you have a problem. I’m really disappointed since now I won’t have a bike in time for my son’s 13th birthday.

I love my L80...I'm 49 can't bunnyhop like I used to but even in this cold winter Ohio weather I ride my L80 daily and love this bike,she even sleeps in my room with me, thanks mongoose for keeping the BMX tradition going...just don't settle for mass retail and stick with quality products...also the employee's in China that put the L80 together did a fantastic job,the welds are beautiful.
