Great Quality

I’ve only had this for about a month but the picture quality is great. Just be aware that it is a subscription based unit and there is no SD card on the device.

I am having troubles canceling my subscription. I bought this camera at Dicks in Dec. 2024 and got the subscription. It worked well with decent features and photos, but battery life was poor even with the reduced photo & upload setting. Less the 2 months with 8 Eveready Max batteries. After 9 months the sound didn't work right. Mechanical noise was all I got plus videos would have strange optics. Now I want to cancel the subscription, but the app won't let me. I Will never buy another moultrie.

No Camera Card

Go back to having a camera card so that the camera can actually be used without having to pay monthly to use it. I understand having to pay for the cellular data but it’s nice to have an option to get the picture off without having to pay more. This is especially true during the off season when they are shedding antlers and growing them. There is no sense in getting the picture right then anyway. With a camera card i can go check it from time to time and keep tabs on what is going on. And the 16 AA batteries run out prior to my 1000 pictures on the low plan leaving me to decide if I should waste 8 more for the remaining pictures or not
