Little big but overall very warm. Size is Xl is definitely roomy for layering up. True size of L, could've gotten away with a hoody though.

Perfect fit! Super lightweight and surprisingly warm

I bought this jacket a month ago and returned it. The quality seemed nice but the fit was too small. I found the shoulders and body a little too tight. Definitely not a standard fit. It is more of a fitted or slim fit. I had restricted arm movement with a medium. Length was good though. The Ventano is a standard fit. I bought that one too and kept that one.

Wonderful jacket to replace my previous Ghost Whisper (stolen).

Love the Ghost Whisperer 2. It’s a thin light weight jacket where I can use on evenings and mornings where there slight crisp in air. I also wear even in warmer temps just because it’s cozy when wearing just a t-shirt. Definitely, a delicate material to be aware of outdoor surroundings. Only reason why I took off a start is because of the sizing has me in between a MD and L. I am 6’2” 185# and waist 32”. Medium is ideal fit, yet shoulders are slightly tight when I cross my arms. This size is better than when wearing Large, tho. Large is too long in sleeves and too blousy. This is my third Whisperer not because they fall apart, but because I like having multiple colors due to wanting to wear it so much. Must have jacket!

I really wanted to like this jacket, especially because I bought it on sale. It seems really well made. The issue I have is that the cuffs are enormous. It seems like the cuffs are as wide as the upper arms. There is no taper. The cuffs are completely open which will allow cold drafts. This makes the jacket unusable for me. I will be returning the jacket, and I am really disappointed to do that.

Zipper too small, makes it very difficult to use. Sizing runs small. Return shipping charges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift for my son and he loves it! This piece delivers on all fronts: it’s worthy of the hype, warm, layer-able, durable - worth the money.

I really like this jacket. It is lightweight, keeps you warm and fits well. I like the longer sleeves that slightly cover the hands. As part of a layered system for keeping warm, it works well. I wear a wool base layer, nylon shirt, fleece jacket and hard shell in very cold and windy conditions. The only complaint I have with this excellent jacket is the tiny, somewhat cheap zipper. It is impossible to get this zipper started with seeing it. In other words, if it is dark you can't feel your way to get the zipper started. I wonder what will happen if I'm stuck someplace in the cold and dark and I need to get the zipper in place to zip up. I could be fumbling for a long time. Mountain Hardware - please make the zipper larger and better quality and you will have a perfect jacket.

Love the Ghost Wisperer coats. They are perfect for cold winter days and chilly summer nights. They feel magic and they store so easily and compact so small.

My second GW, first without a hood. Love the fit although I’m a bit heavy and the fit is snug (expected). Perfect jacket for layering in extreme cold or standalone in chill and wind.

Have lots of MH gear and this is the perfect addition. Needed a jacket I could stuff in a backpack or bikepack and the Ghost Whisperer fit the bill perfectly. Being able to stow the jacket into its own pocket was key. The jacket was easy to pull out and always kept me warm. I'm 5'11", 175 lbs and broad in the shoulders so went with the large so I could layer.

Great coat. Lightweight and very warm. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the zipper seems very thin and flimsy. I have not had any problems with it but not rugged as you would expect for this type of coat.

When layered with base layer, fleece, and hard shell, this thing keeps you extremely warm. It packs up super small so that it may fit in a day pack, technical pack, or your long-haul pack. I wore it in Mammoth with temps dipping down into the teens and it worked very well.
