Haven’t taken it outside yet, but the Mountain Hardwear StretchDown Hoody passed the hockey‑rink test with ease. I stayed warm the whole time sitting in the bleachers with only a short‑sleeve T‑shirt underneath. Super comfortable, great stretch, and surprisingly warm for the weight. Excited to use it more.

Excited For Colder Weather
Great color, comfy, lightweight, fits true to size. We'll see how it holds up once I'm wearing it regularly, but it feels pretty sturdy.

Not As Good Ad The Og
Not as good as the original. They updated this jacked with the raglan shoulders and that was a big downgrade. It does not fit as well and does not look as nice either. I bought thsi version when my old one wore out, and I ended up returning it.

Must Have, All Around, Great Coat.
I like this jacket so much I bought 3 different colors. They’re soft, warm, compact, and lightweight. Grey w the hood looks the best despite it looking goofy on that model. You have to cinch up the waist, then it takes a nice looking shape. I take it on hikes in Colorado, stayed warm in light snow, low 40’s maybe high 30’s. I’m 6’1” 195. I have both L and XL Large fits perfect, however, I prefer XL for a more relaxed fit that still looks good, not bulky. Sleeves aren’t snug w the XL but it’s fine. Does okay in light rain, beads up nicely, but surface fabric will absorb water if you wipe your hands on it or press up against anything, but then will later dry easily. So just don’t wear in a downpour then it’s great. I wear them everywhere, the style looks better than your typical lightweight down because of the baffle pattern and smooth matte looking fabric, it looks sporty but also works for work or casual affairs.

Horrible Design In The Cuffs
The sleeves are horrible! I wanted to love this jacket but the sleeve cuffs are so annoying. There is no elastic cuff but instead this uncomfortable, rigid fabric underneath the cuff. I had to return and go with a different puffer. I don’t understand why the “light” version of this has cuffs but not this one.

I Like The Surface Texture, It Is Different From My Other Down Jacket With The Shinning Shell. I Think I Feel A Little Tight In The Chest, Have Been Doing Weights For About Two Years.
the size really fits well for me, 5'10" and 180lb.

Fantastic Down Layer
Great down layer. Keeps me warm on 20-30 degree days. Per another online review of down jackets, I conquer that the jacket is very durable. Stylish.

Solid Jacket
Great jacket for traveling. Used it in Croatia in light snow and temp 30°F. Kept me warm. Doesn’t shed moisture perfectly, but does get the job done. Also, does not pack down super small but does compress well. Got on sale and it was a bargain. Warm, sleek looking and functional. My wife loves hers as well. True to size I am 5’10” and 170lbs and medium fits well with room to layer underneath. Bonus: the built in stretch is fantastic. You never feel constricted. Well done, MH.

Nice Light Jacket.
Bought this to go disc golfing. Haven't been able to get out with it yet for that, but have been wearing it regularly. It's very warm for how light it is. It has great mobility, so I'm thrilled for that. My only complaint is the zipper. Not sure what function having a double zipper serves. I've already had the bottom one rise up on me. I'm 6'1" 170lbs. I bought a M based off reviews. It fits well, but the arms could be a tad longer. I do have long arms, though.
