I like this jacket overall, but the zip hand pockets are only 5.5” wide. Not wide enough for hand or a phone. Anything I put in them falls out. And I have a size X-LARGE. It’s like they didn’t grade the pockets to be wider from a XX SMALL. Also- I’m surprised there is no inside zip chest pocket either. Other than those things, I like all the other features.

I'm not into the look of puffer jackets, but needed a warm goose down and landed on this design which I like better than the traditional design. The fit is great, not too loose not too tight. But, I debated keeping it for a while. I will be using this while speed skating on the outdoor oval in Lake Placid. However, it's been very cold here in North Texas and I've been ice skating a lot, where the rinks are kept extremely cold. This jacket is like wearing a hug. It is super cozy warm. It's definitely become my new favorite piece to wear anytime I'm cold. Excellent insulation while super lightweight. Plus, it's a unique design for being a puffer. Doesn't look bulky. Get it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 20+ year old jacket that the zipper finally gave out on. This was the closest thing I could find that was warm, lightweight and not bulky or restrictive

Great jacket, lightweight and very warm. I use it for snowboarding as an under layer for my shell and casually around town. Seems to be shedding a few feathers, but not too much concern at this point. The BEST part about this is it does not hold odors like polyester. I can wear this jacket for weeks without concern. Similar Patagonia jackets you wear once and they are basically ruined. Personally, I think the "light" version is better for technical wear, while the "regular" is cuter and more fashion-forward.

First review, because unfortunately this is the first product MH has produced that I am unhappy with. After removing the jacket from the plastic/shipping materials, it was already starting to lose 1-2 feathers. I initially thought it may have been from warehouse packaging, however, after trying on for an additional 5 minutes, more feathers began to come out. I trialed the coat for a day around the neighborhood (not adventuring/hiking/excessive physical activity), and I returned home to find more feathers loose. Gave 2 stars because the fit was fair and kept me warm, but sadly extremely disappointed in the quality and continual loss of feathers based on the price I purchased this jacket.
