Pretty darned good for freeze-dried and better than many canned or frozen options.

Awesome Food

I've bought Mountainhouse for 27 years. All of them are delicious. The one I miss the most is the seafood chowder that was discontinued. I also miss the family packs 20 & 40 ounce packages.

Of all the MH foods, this one is our "go to" favorite.

Love it. I don't add quite as much water as indicated and like it better that way because it isn't as soupy. Flavor is a 10/10.
