Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for hiking. I will buy again!! This was excellent for a primitive camping trip in the Everglades- pack in pack out. Weather happened to be chilly so I made mine with hot water for both days. It was so good!! I would eat it every day at home. My son, age 14, recommended it from his Barefoot Mailman 2 day, 35 mile hike.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Breakfast We have been trying the various freeze dried foods for camping and for having in case of emergency. This was a good breakfast, very flavorful. Not too filling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious! I used hot water instead of cold using the jet boil. It was really good i would eat this anytime not just while camping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy is Right This stuff is great for the mornings. I just get up make my coffee and just pour some clean cold water in the bag when I'm ready and I've got breakfast. Love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Easy Breakfast! Let's face it, waking up and having to pack up your gear for the day ahead of you is enough of a chore in the morning, the last thing you need to be doing is dishes! That makes this breakfast a must-have! just add water, not wait for the water to boil, then add. Literally; just add cold water! Not only is it easy to make/clean up after (being able to eat it right out of the ouch) it's rather delicious also! Mountain house really hit it with this breakfast!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well...for a cold water mix it's great How good can this stuff really be? I was surprised on this one! I could eat it but let it soak for a while so the granola is ready. It will have a purple color to the mix but if you can get past that it's great. Cold water is better than room temperature water or warm water.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Reasonable snack Tastes okay, but the dehydrated milk has a weird taste to it unless the water added is absolutely freezing cold. Good snack, but not nearly enough food in the pouch to be even close to an actual breakfast. Kinda cheaped out when they made this one.
