Good Flavor

This one seemed to lack the flavors I am used to with Pad Thai. Nonetheless It was flavorful and might be a good choice for others.

Good Change Up From The Normal Mh Rotational Meals

I found this on sale and thought I would give it a try. Pad Thai usually isn't my thing but I love mountain house and wanted a little variety for my next backpacking trip. This was pretty good, I liked how they included peanuts to top your meal once it's been heated the required amount. I'd definitely buy it again.

The problem with these is they don't last in the pantry long. Flavor is fantastic. Just the right sized chunks of meat and the vegetables all come together perfectly.
