It Just Hit Different Today
My wife and I were out hunting the last day of Late General Season Blacktail deer in western Washington. It was cold and wet out today. We stopped at a spot that had a really great view and fired up the jetboil. This meal was off the charts good. It just hit different today. We always keep this meal in our tote of meals. It is one of our favorites but, today it was extra.

Best Backpacking Meal Ever
First off - this is coming from an Asian person, so know that your source is legit. This is the best tasting backpacking meal I've ever had. It's so good that I once considered making it while I was at home and craving Thai. I had a friend take a bite of it while in the backcountry and she couldn't finish her meal after that. They really nailed the taste of the Thai curry. It's got some sweet, it's got some spice. Just make sure you keep it sealed for a bit longer at higher elevations.
