I bought this a couple of years ago and have used it a dozen times or more. It honestly weighs 2 pounds. I use it solo, but there is room for two big and tall guys and gear. No floor or insect net of course, but if it is weight you are concerned about this is a good choice. I have not used it in high wind yet, but if you look at the stitching and reinforcements on the many guy lines it appears very strong and well made and designed. I wish it had a mesh pocket inside to put my glasses, head lamp and pocket book in at night: suppose I could easily make one. I use a 1 mill painters plastic tarp for a floor and put a rock on each corner to hold it down. You need trekking poles or sticks, like any A-frame tent, but I have also used available trees so I didn't even need poles. The stakes they give you are light, and while someone complained low quality, I thought they worked just fine. Over all, thumbs up. Price is right, quality of workmanship good, and it easy to spot in the woods.
