No Hose Or Regulator

I was very excited to purchase these to donate to hurricane Melissa victims in my home country that I did not read the part that says NO HOSE OR REGULATOR........must purchase separately.......now I shipped the burners they arrived in Jamaica, now I can't distribute them as ten stoves have no hose
