While it's not completely enclosed, it does have rollup blinds all the way around for privacy. And this little heater heats up the entire area pretty quickly. Doesn't seem to smell very much, and works just as I had hoped. Perfect for when we get out of the hot tub and don't want to freeze!

Love This!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Mr. Heater 4,000 to 18,000 BTU 3 Setting Big Buddy Portable LP Gas Heater Unit. We play a lot of euchre and our house isn’t big enough to host in. So we bought an outdoor tent to seat everyone and this heater works amazing for it. It’s big enough to heat areas but small enough to be portable. You can put it almost anywhere . It uses propane. Definitely want to get another one

Highly Recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We actually switched to using the Mr.Buddy heaters to heat our house a few years ago because it's cheaper and easier when we are gone awhile than wood, or taking the chance with electric heaters. (Done had them melt plugs) they warm amazing, they cover a fairly big area too. Really can't say enough good things about these heaters! Plus they are perfect to put in a deer stand with you too!

Nice And Toasty

Being able to use it indoors is and added benefit in case the power ever goes out. With this heater, I am able to use it anywhere I go and is very portable.

Came In Handy For Brisk Nj Nights In The Woods!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are so excited to have this during the recently brisk nights here in NJ. We opted to use this both in our basement to take the chill out before having company over and in our outdoor screen porch at the campground. This takes the chill off in minutes in our basement. We decided to put it on the floor rather than mount it so we could use it elsewhere. The legs easily mount and are sturdy. We've only used low setting up to this point and we're satisfied. We look forward to exploring other uses this Fall and coming Winter!

Great Heater

Compact And Convenient!!!

It puts out an impressive amount of heat all around it and not just one particular side of it. I love the design, it’s compact with a convenient carrying handle which never gets hot. The heat controls are super great and the knobs make it easy to control the temperature of your room. I love the safety feature it has, it will automatically turn off if its bumped, moved, or accidentally knocked over, which gives me and my family a great peace of mind.

Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the Mr. Heater 450 Sqft Big Buddy Portable Propane Gas Heater. It's tough when it starts to cool down outside because I have a nerve problems and I get cold very easily. My family doesn't like the heater on but because of my nerves, I struggle to warm up- but this bad boy did the trick. I didn't have to inconvenience my family and it kept me warm!

I Love Mr. Heater Big Buddy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mr. Heater BIG Buddy Portable Indoor Safe Propane Heater is hands down the very Best! The quality is superb! The packaging is totally on point and it's a piece of cake to use! I love that it has Big Heat up to 18,000 BTU's, heats up to 450 square feet for up to 220 hours, and that it has 3 heat settings too! I really like that it has an accidental tip-over safety shut-off, a thermal shut-down system, and a convenient, "spark to light" ignition as well! Overall I'm very impressed and give this product two great big thumbs way up and would definitely recommend it!

Works Great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the big buddy heater that I use in my shop that is hooked to my 20lb propane tank outside. Set up was so easy. This website is user friendly they tell you exactly what hoses and attachments are need with diagrams. The heater puts out so much heat I have never used it on the high setting and only on medium to take the chill off. It runs on low and it keeps area plenty warm.

We decided to go camping and it's starting to get colder at night, it worked perfectly and kept my husband and I so comfortable and toasty. Portable, Versatile, Powerful Heating Solution!

The three heating levels and climate control make it ideal for a wide variety of temperature controls, and with the built in thermostat, I can set it and forget it. My favorite uses are to warm the garage for comfortable workshop activities, taking it to outdoor activities, and having it as a backup for power outages. The large, rounded handle makes it easy to carry, and the safety sensors shut it down if tipped or oxygen is low—both are excellent features!
