Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to don This is a very comfortable harness and build quality was excellent. I teach technical rescue for my fire department and am also an OSHA instructor so I have much experience with fall protection equipment. Although not constructed to industry standards, I have every confidence that this harness is more than sufficient for its intended purpose. Donning this harness is very simple and easy so the risks associated with improper wear are low. The design is straightforward and effective so almost anyone can put it on correctly. The absence of additional pads reduces bulk and provides great freedom of movement. Dick's had it on sale at forty percent less than what a nation-wide outdoor and sports retailer was charging so that was a bonus. Despite ordering at the peak of Holidays shopping season, the harness promptly arrived in three days. As with any fall protection equipment, inspect for frayed stitching, tears, and worn areas before each use and destroy if damaged. This is my second Muddy harness.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice but Couldn't beat the price $40. Its very light and comfortable. Here comes the but,it doesn't come with a quick clip carabiner and it's use a tree strap that must be pushed thru the strap of the harness. If it had a rope instead of a strap and came with a carabiner I would have given it 5 stars. I guess for $40 dollars it's well worth it an I shouldn't have expected it to come with same equipment as my previous one that I paid $190 for.

While it's not the top of the line, with the vest & pockets. it is the base model the that all Muddy Safety Harness is made from. If you put the harness on properly, you want even no that's on, except the leg area. The harness is very well made.

I cant get past that for me, there is basically no adjustment at the chest strap. i know its one size fits most, but guess i'm not most. 5 ft 8 about 210. I'll be returning it. seems nice, just not for someone my size.
