As per usual, this is another example of MRs outstanding quality and design. We were considering this pack and the Radix, and ultimately went with the Bridger for some of the extra pockets and features. This is my wife’s first pack and it was a good choice overall for getting started, but having plenty of growth for more technical applications later. The sizing is accurate and, once adjusted, the fit is excellent. The size is just about right for our typical day/overnight hiking and camping trips. It would probably suffice for a couple days if we went longer, but it is nice and light and supports weight well.

This pack is very adjustable and I am able to have a perfect fit. On other packs the straps would rub on my neck, I have very narrow shoulders. I love the dual straps in the front and the hip belt is very comfortable. Made my load feel very light. I am very happy to have found this pack.

You guys make great and bombproof packs and I absolutely LOVE the idea behind this - I wear a running vest for a lot of shorter hikes and longer runs because of the vest-like fit and because I love having the big chest pockets and additional support in the front. I bought this for fastpacking, for some summer objectives that are part ultra run part backpacking trips. The thought behind this pack is great and the quality is top notch as always, but I feel like it falls short in that it feels like a men's pack that was marginally retrofit for women, not a pack designed from the ground up for women. Examples - the shoulder straps are a little too wide-set, even for me (I'm 5'10" with a 36" bust and wear a size 10). The wire frame is a little too "tall" in that it comes up pretty high and when I tilt me head back the back of my head hits it. And the two straps in the front - though I love them because of the nice close fit they provide, they're located in such a place that the bottom strap cuts directly across the girls, which makes for an awkward "four boob" situation. A little shaping there with slightly more "s" shaped shoulder straps and better placement of the bottom strap would be amazing. Other non-gender-specific notes: I wish it had a stretch mesh back pocket for a wet jacket, and the wire frame at the top is super wide - like you have to really pull/stretch the "brain" part over it, and it's a little awkward. It's a little overbuilt in some places that I don't feel are really necessary for a pack that's designed to be something more of a "fast and light" pack. I would love love love to see a second iteration of this pack that's built specifically for women and I'd happily volunteer to test it out!
