Good For Running.

I really enjoy running with this bottle. I like how small it gets when it’s empty. I can put it in my pocket and it doesn’t bother me while I’m running. I do wish I had gotten the larger one but that is on me and not the product. I like it so much I’m planning to buy a Nathan’s hydration vest for the summer months and longer runs.

Great Lightweight Bottle

I wish I would have bought the bigger size in this. I was concerned it’d be too bulky but this smaller size is so lightweight and easy to carry while running. I like it more than my hard Nathan running bottle because it gets smaller as you drink from it and it conforms to the hand. This size is good for a 4 mile run for me. I recommend filling up the bottle outside of the pouch, as the pressure the pouch puts on the bottle makes it not fill to its full capacity if it’s left inside.

Changed My Mind About Handheld Flasks

I have always wanted a way to drink water on my runs but thought handheld flasks would be annoying to carry - not this one!! The perfect amount of water for medium length runs (6-8 miles) & I completely forget I’m carrying it. Glad I chose the one with the over-the-hand strap that can be tightened. Highly recommend

I use this on runs between 3 to 5 miles and it’s great. If it’s around the hand well and allows me to still focus on form it holds a good amount of water, and the color is bright and great as well!
