Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works but leaks Worked well for my 10 miler. Wasn't heavy at all and held a gel in the zipper pocket and my key fob in the smaller inside pocket. I set it down on the passenger seat in my car when I was driving to the metro parks so I could practice with it a week before my race, and it leaked from laying on its side. If I didn't realize it half way into my drive I would've had to go get more water somewhere or cut my run short (it was a really hot day). So I'm glad I learned that BEFORE my race so I could make sure it stays upright after I fill on race morning. That's the only time it leaks. It didn't leak for me while I was running and swinging my arms. So it's decent, just needs improvement.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay This bottle does it's job; however there are a few things I would change.1. The zip pocket can't hold your phone, perhaps if the pocket were a little large I wouldn't need a running belt as well.2. If you put ice or cold beverages the plastic part touching your hand freezes your hand, if it hand a cover on the hand part it would be perfect and would probably keep your drink colder for longer.3. When your drink gets to the ambient temperature of where you're running it tastes like the plastic that the bottle is made from. I have washed it several time and the plastic-y taste is still very strong,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great way to run with water I went to the store looking for the more heavy duty hydration belts that wrap around your waist and have lots of pockets for 2-4 little water bottles and places for your energy chews, but not really wanting to get it because I'm a beginning jogger and don't want to add bulk or obstructive things to my body, making it even harder to focus on running. While shopping in that section, I came across this water flask that strapped to your hand. Didn't love that it was strapped to my hand but I really liked that it was way smaller and cheaper. On the first run (10 miles) after purchasing it, it worked out great. I filled the water flask all the way to the top. I drank most of the water by the end of the run but didn't need all of it. There's a small little bag with an easy-to-open zipper that I grabbed my energy chews out of a couple times throughout the run. It worked out great and because the design of it wraps around my hand so closely, I knew it was there, but it didn't bother me during the run. It felt like it was just a little extension of my hand. I didn't have to readjust the hand strap during the run. It stayed secured to my hand nicely without moving around, but wasn't so tight that it started chaffing or cutting off blood supply or anything. It's a great alternative if you really need water and small food items during your run, but don't want the bulk of the hydration belt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very light weight! This water bottle is perfect for someone who doesn't like the feeling of extra weight! The mesh handle felt good and didn't impede the circulation in my hands. Gives you a nice stream of water without a lot of work! I was also able to store my energy beans and GU in the zip pocket with quick, easy access.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Handy for distance runs This is my second Nathan Quick Shot running water bottle - I have two because I forgot to pack my original one when traveling - a must when doing a serious distance run. Does not leak, fits nicely in your hand - the little pocket is where I store my gels and energy blocks. I will admit my first one has the insulated pouch so the water stays cold longer, so if you live in a warm climate, I would highly suggest getting the one with the insulated pouch. I'll use this one on colder days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So cool and convenient. This is great for when I go running. I slip it on my hand and don't have to worry about it. The material is pretty absorbent so it does "wisk" away moisture. I love the pocket as well so it can carrying ID and key without issue. The only thing you have to be careful about is if you try to tighten it on your hand, you may squeeze the bottle so the water comes out. But no big deal really. Not enough to deter me from using it all the time. I love it
