Worked for two runs, by the third, the water was spilling everywhere as it seemed the cap wouldn’t close properly anymore. My last run, the holder was soaked and half my water was gone. Great start to a 12 miler! Also not at all insulated.

Pretty Useless
I bought this just because I wanted something simple just to be able to carry some water on my long runs while I trained for my first half marathon. It is so poorly designed that it is basically useless as a water bottle. First, the strap that holds the bottle in prevents the cap from sealing so it spills water everywhere. And I mean everywhere, you'll end up with more water on you than in you. 50% of the water will leak out. The nozzle lets in more air than water so you're basically swallowing mostly air. If you want to be dehydrated and gassy on a 10 mile run this thing is perfect, but I wouldn't even risk using it once so if I could give it zero stars I would have.

Insulation Where?!
This bottle can’t keep water cold for more than 5 minutes. Even on short 30 minute tempo runs, the water is warm within 5 minutes. Most times, it doesn’t make it past my Stretching. You might as well hold a normal plastic water bottle because this bottle is a complete waste. Save your money and look into another brand.

Major Design Flaw
Major design flaw. Strap pulls off bottle and falls out of bottom when tightening. Bottle slips through upper strap immediately when moving arm in running motion. Unusable for running. Made it 0.15miles and bottle was on ground twice.
