2 Hand Squirt Bottle At Best

So most of the reviews are spot on. You have to raise the cap to make it work for starters in case that was not obvious. Pretty much impossible to use one hand to squeeze it. It is not a put your mouth on it and suck type bottle. You have to hold it a few inches away use two hand and squirt it in, kinda like an old school gatorade bottle. The strap definitely falls down so that is not great either. The only things going for it is the size is good for summer runs. Nathan has a new model the SpeedDraw 2 Flask 22oz which I ordered in hopes its better.

No Water Flow

I lift weights - figured I could get water out where others haven't been able to. I was wrong. It's useful as a water-tight container with a lid, but not for getting liquid on the move. I would never race with this. The holster is good, although I wish it had more storage. Fitting my 6.1" S25 phone is extremely tight, with room to cram an additional 1-2 gels. The bottle itself is uninsulated, which is fine, but something to note - you'll be drinking hot water on a hot day. I prefer a Polar water bottle in every way, save for the phone storage. I almost never use this, only bringing it out for an occasional long run when all my shorts with a phone pocket are in the wash.

Good Bottle

I bought this 3 weeks ago and I’ve used it on couple of my runs and it’s easy to use. The seal on the inside is really good. Don’t have to worry about spills while running.

The Worst Nathan Product?

Unfortunately this may be the worst product Nathan has ever produced. I bought this handheld just before the Maine Marathon last year because I'd forgotten any sort of handheld (oops!). I figured Nathan was a trusted brand that I'd used before, so this would be great. I was wrong. Very wrong. First and foremost, getting any fluid to come out of the spout takes an act of God. I thought it was just mine that was defective until I read every other review that stated the same thing. Fluid just barely comes out, no matter how hard you try, to the point where I needed to take the cap off to get fluid. I ended up switching caps with an older Nathan model I have and that works great. First problem solved. The design of the handheld itself does not actually fit the water bottle itself, no matter how much you tighten the straps. In fact, the tighter you make it, the less it fits and refuses to sit in the ridiculously small holder. A holder that has a design mechanism that just doesn't make sense. Running with the handheld always ends up with the bottle itself being sideways and me gripping the top of it with my thumb through the top hole to ensure I can hold on to it. Bottom line, if you want to run with a water bottle that doesn't allow you to drink from the cap, nor does it fit properly in the handheld fabric, this is your product. Please do better, Nathan Sports.

Great Handheld W/ Poor Water Flow (For Me)

had a similar issue to the other negative review. i loved some of the design differences (top flap & extra storage) from the speeddraw, which has been my go-to for a decade. but i wanted a bigger bottle for longer runs. but i couldn't get the nozzle to provide much water at all and especially not while working hard. not sure if a manufacturing thing or if we just have difference definitions of "high flow nozzle." but i was disappointed and returned it.
