You definitely need to make sure you practice to drink out of it. If not you will struggle and it will be like trying to drink a milk shake. I was able to know exactly where to squeeze at the tip, so I am good. The only thing that did bother me was the side straps. Being a plus size woman, the straps were giving me a rash while on a Marathon. Maybe if I wore long sleeves I would not had felt it. I will still test that theory out on a long run. But for 26.2 miles with my chubby arms, yeah that was not fun. But great spaces over all and I will use it for training runs only.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pack for Christmas to use for longer runs and hiking. So far I wore it on a hike. It was lightweight, had room to store some snacks and was easy to use. Can’t wait to use it on my longer training runs this Spring.

I purchased this hydration pack for long training runs. The pack holds 1.5L and is plenty for me. I usually partially fill it. I like the two front pockets that are easy to access and the pockets on the back have plenty of room for what I carry. I would recommend this pack to anyone looking for a lightweight pack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love this pack. The adjustability of it is so nice and I appreciate the side AND front adjustment ability! It stays in place while I trail run and has ample space for fueling needs and (of course) hydration. 4 starts only because I wish I could attach my trekking poles and I'd like another pocket on the front of the straps for easy access! GREAT for a first pack!

Works well but I can’t seem to get the upper strap high enough (barrel chested). Also have found the functioning of the mouthpiece doesn’t seem to work sometime (even when opened). Other than that it has been great for long runs.
