[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great sized bottle for short runs. It's also my go-to for run club. You can easily stash a car key and credit card in this zippered compartment!

The ergonomic design fits perfectly to my hand and I can barely tell that it's there for a majority of the time. Also, the zipper pocket is perfect for carrying a few gu packets. However in order to take a drink, I have to take the bottle off my hand and squeeze it even if the nozzle is already open. I was hoping that I would be able to take a drink from it without changing hands but it just doesn't seem possible. This to me is a minor flaw because it is convenient to carry while running.

Bought this recently as the weather began to warm up and my runs began to increase in length. Have really enjoyed the fact that I can store my gels and keys in the bottle’s pouch for east access!

This is an essential hydration solution for runs of all distances. Just enough capacity for those longer runs, but it has some storage for nutrition, keys or sunblock.

I bought these 2 years ago for my first ultramarathon 50k and they have been and still are fantastic! I use them on all my shorter runs, they can carry my keys, gels and headphones. I haven’t had to replace anything on them yet. I will hopefully be purchasing the insulated ones you have.

I used to love this handheld and actually had 2 of them but my dogs chewed up the spout on one of them so I had to order a new one. The new design is impossible to drink from. I wish they still made the old caps because everything else about the bottle is great and the old cap is great because you can drink from it normally and easily.

I have a few Nathan handhelds and was excited to get this one that is a bit larger than my other ones! The pocket is longer and will fit my gels perfectly for Boston.

Bought for a gift - liked the zippered pockets for a few items.

The hand feel and capacity are perfect. The cap/lid is hard to get sealed properly and the spout design means you spill some with every drink... fix this please Nathan!

The handheld flask is great to keep you hydrated for your longer runs. The pocket holds an iPhone firmly to the point that it can sometimes be difficult to remove.

This is definitely made for a man's hands. It is hard to grip as a woman with small hands and squeeze hard enough to get all fluid out. It is nice and big and holds enough fluid for a 13-16 mile run but it is quite heavy when filled.

I wanted to love this but unfortunately it falls way short. For the price I expected so much more. The leaking and cap make it almost impossible not to lose fluid and when mixing in hydration it leaves a sticky mess. I have used other bottles from other companies with zero issues. I wish I would have read reviews prior to this purchase

I’ve been using this bottle for over a year now, in hot weather conditions mainly, and long runs. Just what you need. The pockets could be a bit bigger, but it’s great overall

I bought this water bottle because I was excited about the large size of the water bottle and the pocket to carry nutrition during my long runs. First, the bottle is very difficult to drink out of on the run. I feel like I am hardly getting any water in my mouth through the spout. I end up stopping and taking the large lid off if I really want to feel hydrated. This is not my first running water bottle--I own two other brands and both are MUCH easier to drink from than this bottle. Also, for me personally, the bottle is not comfortable to hold. I can do it but over time, my thumb gets sore. That may just be a personal issue related to the size of my hands. Just be mindful if you have smaller hands or if you are an average sized woman like me. That being said, the pocket is nice and holds quite a bit of nutrition. Nonetheless, I will be looking for a replacement since it's a failure at what should be it's main purpose--to provide hydration during a run.
