might be a specifc product defect, but the lid does not create a strong seal. air and liquid escapes when squeezing even when the lid is very tight. also leaks from the threads when shaking (while running) or if it is just laid on it's side. aside from the leak, i decided to try this one out to compare to ExoShot Lite. Overall just not as ergonmically and more difficult to extract a clean, effecient shot of liquid while running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sports bottle is incredibly convenient and perfect for running or active workouts. The soft design is a big plus as you drink, it compresses, so there’s no annoying sloshing while moving. The valve works great: water flows easily when you squeeze the bottle and doesn’t leak at all. The hand strap makes it very comfortable to hold, even during longer runs, and your hand doesn’t get tired. The size is just right enough water without feeling heavy. The materials feel high quality, it’s pleasant to hold, and it also looks stylish. I’m very happy with it and use it regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Material of the bottle is soft and squeezable and the size and perfect fit of the hand strap make it just perfect! It’s easy to store in a gym bag or along on a bike ride. It seems like a quality product! I Will be using this quite a bit in the warmer months!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love Nathen Sports Quicksqueeze Lite Handheld 18oz water bottle. Took it with me on both my runs and my walks and found it incredibly light- even filled with water. It has a great holder that you can slip your hand into or clip it to your waist. I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Nathan Sports QuickSqueeze Lite Handheld 18oz for my runs, and it’s been incredibly functional and convenient. The lightweight design makes it easy to carry, and the soft, adjustable strap keeps it secure without slipping. The squeeze feature works perfectly — water flows smoothly without leaks, making it easy to hydrate on the move. I also love that it stays quiet while running, and the overall build feels durable. It’s well-designed for both short and mid-distance runs, and the ergonomic shape fits comfortably in the hand without causing fatigue.

Worked fine at first ... Has developed really bad leak at top 6 months into use. I thought I was just cross threading or catching the strap, but nope.

I have reached out to Nathan about this product twice with no answer. The top leaks like a sieve from around the nozzle and the contents of the bottle end up all down your chin and chest. I just wanted the cap replaced but Nathan will NOT respond.

This different version of a hydro flask is really comfortable and I barely noticed carrying it. My only complaints are that I had a lot of trouble with opening and closing the spout properly and there wasn't really room in the material to store things besides a key. It worked better for to take the lid off for drinks.

My first 100 mile ultra completion was done with this bottle! It had no small part. I love it and I know you will too!
Grip too slippery compared to the smaller 12 oz bottle.
