Disappointed- Won’t Hold A Charge

I received this as a gift for Christmas. 4 months in and I’ve noticed it won’t hold a charge… even to test it, last night i kept it plugged in overnight. It had 4 blue lights present the next morning. I just had my iPhone plugged in for less than 20 minutes and now it only shows 2 lights. How on earth is that possible? I feel this item isn’t reliable unfortunately. Bummer
