I think the idea of a more secure headlamp is good but it did not work

Absolutely useless! Do not buy. We bought two and they lasted half a camping trip (2 nights) before BOTH locked themselves into demo mode and couldn’t be fixed. I spent far too much time trying to troubleshoot only to come across a bunch of reviews saying they experienced the same thing. This is a garbage product.

I bought this headlamp a hear and a half to two years ago and was originally quite excited. Here's a rundown over how it's battery life, brightness, comfort, and adjustability are, and if the demo mode works well. Battery: The battery life was far shorter than advertised. It died after only a few hours instead of the crazy run time it advertised. After only an hour or two it would decrease to a small fraction of what it was with fresh batteries. If it had a rechargeable battery or USB charging it would be one thing, but with the price of batteries... Comfort and Adjustability: I found this headlamp quite comfortable; it comes with a nice adjustable strap. I liked how it had that very definite click when you changed the angle. Brightness: This headlamp was far dimmer then advertised. It was somewhat bright for a bit but would quickly burn down. Demo mode: It's a cool idea but...it really did not work very well. It would get stuck in the demo mode and taking the batteries out wouldn't help at all. Finally, it would fix itself...not sure what was going on there. In conclusion, if you're looking for a good headlamp under 20 dollars...don't buy this one. Get something with a higher lumen capacity and rechargeable batteries or USB charging.

I have had an Einstein 250 for over 3 years and it finally gave up. I went to Dicks and bought two more, one for my work bench, and one for my tool bag. long story short, it would not go out of demo mode. ( a common issue I understand) I took it back to Dicks and they told me that I would have to contact NEBO. I did and told them about the issues I had with the two I bought. They told me to throw them away and they would ship two more. Well, guess what, they are stuck in Demo mode also and only stay on for 10 to 30 seconds before dying. Today I am going out to buy another brand that hopefully works. No more NEBO products. They have an issue and know it but aren't fixing the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remarkable headlamp! The initial light is very bright and has multiple dimmer options. It is durable, lightweight, comfortable to wear, and fully adjustable. Battery life is good (approximately 4 hours on the highest setting). One feature is the impressive brightness, with a max output of 250 lumens in Spot > High mode. It offers 3 modes: Spot, Flood, and Red. With the dimmable feature, 7 different light modes are available. Spot mode provides a focused beam to illuminate a path or dark corner. Flood mode provides broader illumination. The Red mode helps preserve night vision and does not attract insects as much as the other light modes. It comes with AAA batteries; however, I would have preferred a rechargeable battery. Also, additional hard hat clips would have been a nice feature. Otherwise, this is a solid-performing, feature-rich headlamp! The NEBO Einstein 250 offers great functionality and brightness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice gadget! The brightness of the torch is remarkable, it’s very comfortable to carry. The quality seems durable and the good thing is it’s band can be tightened to fit any size. Been using this for months now i must say battery life is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The NEBO Einstein 250 Headlamp is a fantastic tool for anyone needing reliable lighting in tight, challenging spaces like crawl spaces and attics. One of its standout features is its impressive brightness, with a maximum output of 250 lumens in the Spot High mode. This setting provides excellent visibility for inspecting dark corners or working with intricate details in low-light conditions. The floodlight modes, particularly Flood High at 80 lumens, are perfect for broader illumination, making it easier to navigate and work hands-free in confined areas. Additionally, the Red Light mode helps preserve night vision, which is especially useful when transitioning between dark and lit spaces without blinding yourself or others. What makes the Einstein 250 especially convenient is its lightweight design and secure headband. The adjustable strap stays firmly in place even during physical activity, allowing you to focus on your work without worrying about the headlamp shifting or falling off. This feature is invaluable when crawling or bending in tight spaces where your hands are occupied. The headlamp’s tilt-adjustable feature is another plus, as it lets you angle the light precisely where you need it without constantly readjusting your position. The versatility of the light modes and the easy access to the Direct-to-Red feature make this headlamp an indispensable tool for professionals and DIYers alike. The ability to switch quickly between modes ensures that you can adapt to any lighting need, whether it’s pinpoint accuracy in Spot Low or soft ambient light in Flood Low. Its durability, water resistance, and efficient runtime (up to 3.5 hours on the highest setting) make it a dependable companion for challenging environments like crawl spaces and attics. Overall, the NEBO Einstein 250 offers exceptional functionality, comfort, and brightness for anyone needing a reliable lighting solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s great to have a headlamp that can be adjusted to both wider/narrower beam as well as being able to adjust the brightness. Fits great on the head and easily adjustable.
