I Was Sent Used, Dirty Shoes

I ordered these online and they sent me a dirty, used pair of shoes. They offered me $26 back to keep these stained, worn shoes. They said if I wanted a full return I would need to come into the store or take it into a fed ex facility. I asked if it was policy to send out used, dirty shoes and then have the person who received them spend half a day to correct being sent a damaged product. I expected more and won't be shopping here again.
