Suggestion states that most people size down a half a size. However, if you have long toes at all, I would suggest sticking with your regular size. I sized down a half size and unfortunately my toes hit the end of the shoe a bit. Not too uncomfortable for leisure but I wouldn’t be able to do any physical activities for too long. Love how the shoe looks though, and it feels great otherwise!
