One Shoe Fell Apart After 2 Months

This was purchased at the end of May and was not worn until September. It started falling apart in October. The inside left heel started ripping and the rubber at the bottom of the left shoe started ripping as well. I am disappointed because I have purchased many New Balance shoes and this is the first time that this has happened. They were expensive and I don't think they should be replaced after 2 months of light wear. The lack of quality sounds like a manufacturing issue.

Unexpected

I bought these for work and wasnt sure how they'd work out I'm on my feet for 12 hrs and I leave with no foot or leg pain. My last shift I did 20000 steps and these sneakers surpassed my expectations.
