Standard
Comfy as the old, so it’s exactly the same but few minor tweaks. Wish they would change it up little a couple more color schemes. LEs are only limited to narrow feet, no wide options. That’s where you loose us on that part for athletes with wide feet.

Hoping These Last Longer Than The Last Ones
My son likes the New Balance shoe for lacrosse, which is fine. I am just hoping that the Burn5 lasts longer than the Burn4. I truly do not think cleats should need to be replaced in the SAME season. It's a 6-week season! If these are specifically made for sports that have lots of running, bobbing and weaving etc, I believe they should last longer than 6-weeks.

More Narrow Than They Used To Be
My son loves New Balance cleats and the Burns are a favorite of his. Over the years, they have become too narrow for him, so we started buying the wide width. That worked until the BurnX5. Even with the wide width, they are still too narrow. We are pretty disappointed as these are the only cleats he truly loves. Such a bummer that they changed.

Great Style & Fit
These lacrosse cleats fit great! It’s very hard to find any wide style of shoes, and it’s especially hard to find 2E wide lacrosse cleats. Before we found that New Balance has wide lax cleats, we’d have to buy another brand of shoe in a regular width a few sizes too big (which didn’t fit right), and they’d usually have to be soccer cleats. It is crazy to have to buy ill-fitting athletic shoes when so many teen boy athletes have wider feet. My son says these shoes make a huge difference in his comfort, and thus, in his game. We’re so thankful that NB is willing to make this specialized size (size 9, width 2E) of specialized (lacrosse) shoe, and because of that, we love to support the New Balance brand any time we buy shoes.
