Extremely Narrow. Why?
Runs small and narrow at toe. Tightest shoe I ever had out of 150+ shoes. Didn’t go half size up from 11.5 because the outer dimensions are already bigger than other shoes that are 12. My toes are a little wide and can’t fit at all. This is for slim or women’s feet.

Large Toe Box, Excellent Performance, Weak Lockdow
Play indoor basketball on a wood court weekly. Size 12 WIDE. It is actually wide unlike previous Kawhi and Two Wxy V2-4. Great toe box room. Maybe best I have seen in a bball shoe. This makes it very comfortable and provides great stability when landing from jumps or making cuts. Excellent traction. A little bit hot, but I got the Vegan Suede purple shoe so maybe the other toppers won't be as hot. I need a large toe box and normally were Altras for running and barefoot shoes for lifting and walking. The width unfortunately extends to the heel area and the lockdown is limited for me. If you have fat ankles the lockdown will be better.
