The shoes are flexible and wide. I don't like traditional cleats since they are too stiff and narrow, so you get a good combination of traction without compromising foot function / flexibility

I am so pleased with my NB football boots. A genuine wide fit with very comfortable leather uppers and super lightweight. Best fitting boots that I have ever owned.

Sizing and fit are something to be desired. I got these for rugby. I’m a bigger guy so when I found these were offered in a wide size, I jumped on them. So here are the goods. They are offered in a wide size so break in period is significantly shorter. They are super sleek looking and not bad for the price when on sale. Here are the cons. Sizing is not even close to accurate. I purchased a 13 but they definitely fit like a 12. There are some pressure point that hurt when you are making turns with is annoying because you almost have to adjust your shoe afterwards. Sizing wasn’t the worst thing. They do fit but since they are offered in a wide, that doesn’t correlate with the bottom of the cleat. The bottom is still narrow so even if you get the wide, the lateral side of the foot still overhangs. Makes it harder for stability. Then comes the sole itself. Unless you’re on turf, you’re going to need to get insoles or you will feel every rock and bump in the ground. Last thing is quality. I’ll be honest. I’m beating these up and I usually get new boots every season. They are holding up but the thread has already started popping from the stitching. So why didn’t they get 1 star? Because they still fit. And honestly offering a wide is still better than nothing. They just could have used some more thought.

Wide was not wide enough even though I normally wear regular width in NB shoes
