I'm a women's size 9.5 and I got a mens size 8. Its nice and simple, all black is great for using them as work shoes. I find that they are a lot harder then the women's 547's? Nothing crazy though.

Soles are completely solid across the bottom, like one piece. When on wet floors you have little to no grip. Not all that comfortable either.
