Odd Fit

ordered 11 2E to determine fit, returned, and reordered in 12 4E and they initially seemed like a good fit. I took them for an hour walk and found that they dont lock my heels in very securely when laced, so heel slippage was a problem and as a result I received blisters on both of my ankles.. and I mostly wear boots so ive experienced some break-ins. The outsole feels too small for the upper overall, the inward curve under the arch extends too far forward and was digging into the ball of my foot behind my big toe.
