As a former walking mailman for 37 years and currently an active 68 year old my flat feet have taken a beating. With that being said there is no shoe on the market that provides me more support and comfort than this shoe. It’s my everyday go to shoe. It has a removable insole and bc I wear orthotics the fit is perfect. The other unfortunate part for me is that I wear a 14 narrow and that also limits my choices. The other new balance sneakers that fit me are also very good but these by far last the longest and provide the most comfort and support. Please new balance do not forget about us hard to fit people

I got the extra wide and love them! They don’t look like wide shoes and are so comfortable. Plus they can be worn almost anywhere. I usually wear 10s and these run a bit long, so I wish I got 9.5 instead. Consider getting a half size down. I’m pretty sure these shoes won’t be leaving my feet anytime soon. They’re pricey for sure, but my hope is they last me a few years so it’ll be worth it in the end. Overall, I’m very happy with these, but can you make an all white version please?

I was really disappointed with these shoes. The narrow design makes them extremely uncomfortable, especially for anyone with average or slightly wider feet. The toe box feels tight and restrictive, almost like it’s constantly gripping your toes instead of allowing any natural movement. What made things worse is how rigid the shoe structure is. Instead of supporting the foot, it holds it in a stiff, unnatural position. After wearing them for a short time, I started noticing soreness, and eventually it led to painful bruising and even small wounds on my toes and sides of my feet. These shoes might look decent, but the lack of comfort and poor fit completely ruin the experience. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you have very narrow feet and are okay sacrificing comfort. I decided to order size 11 hoping for a better fit. Unfortunately, it still felt like a 10.5—my foot was completely cramped, and my toes felt almost immobilized. After just 15 minutes, I started noticing small cuts and bruises. I returned them and ordered an 11 in regular width. New Balance, you need to get it together. This is not what I remember from my past experiences with you—otherwise, there are other choices.
