The customer service at your Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL location was horrible. I almost walked out. The young man behind the counter asked me if I wanted to try my shoes on. I said,of course. He said I was only allowed to try one shoe on at a time. Then he said, "I'll make an exception." He didn't lace up my shoes. Didn't help me in any way. He proceeded to go hang out near the front door as if I was going to dash with the shoes. Another young came over to me and helped me lace up the shoes. He also sold me the shoes. His name is on my receipt. The 1st guy, horrible service. The 2nd guy was great. I'll probably not return to that store.The shoes are great.
