Ankle Rolling And Fits Large

I’m disappointed. I heard good reviews on the v4 for playing ultimate, so decided to try out the v5. I’ve painfully rolled my ankle multiple times after not having issues with my previous cleats. My belief is that the shoe/cleat plate curves too aggressively inward, causing my foot to be off center, and the shoe fits bigger. I am surprised because I saw reviews suggesting going a size or a half up, but I didn’t. I got a 10 standard and have had issues tying the shoe in a way that helps my feet feel secure and have ankle stability. Laces also feel absurdly long.

Great Shoe - No Breaking In Time

Bought these shoes for my 14 year old son the weekend before spring lacrosse season started. He wore them on the first day of practice and did not complain about his feet hurting. They are comfortable and look good on the field. Recommend without reservation.
