New Shoes Should Look New
New shoes should look NEW, not used. I purchased the black metallic as a in store pick up, once I got to my vehicle I opened the box to reveal a pair of shoes with what I can only guess were dirt particles covering the entire shoe and splotches of something brown and liquidy on the left shoe that had dried. They were immediately returned and the intended recipient never tried them on or put them to use. (someone else had prior to being sold to me)
