The shoe fits true to size.The shoe is comfortable on the trails with good support and cushioning.The toe protection is just enough.The forefoot size in the toe box is a good fit as I do have slightly wider feet.The grip on the sole is really sturdy as I run on a alot of loose lime stone which is easy to slip or roll the shoes handles it well. I would recommend these as a good training shoe.
