Purchased these for an upcoming vacation after doing some research. The tread layer at the bottom started coming unglued during the first hour of walking. I had to purchase another pair shoes during my trip.

The shoes are really comfortable. All the information i had before (from reddit and runrepeat) is absolutely true. Nice to have an amazing experience of mounting hiking with NB. Thanks.

I don't have many miles on them yet, but so far they have been excellent on fairly technical trails with a lot of slippery conditions. They are very comfortable, roomy where they need to be and snug where they should be.

Have always been a New Balance fan and bought these under the advice of my AI friend LOL...well, AI certainly knew what it was talking about....went hiking wearing these over Great Smoky Mountain National Park and also at the caves at Mammoth caves national park and a few other state parks....these shoes provided excellent stability and traction while not weighing as much as regular hiking boots.

After Initial wearing which gave me some sprain, it just plushed to my feet and best trail running shoes - better than NB Garoe I wore before!

I had 2 pairs of V8, loved them! V9 make me hurt!

VERY VERY narrow, even in 4E. Really frustrating - was so excited to try these out.

I’m a NB guy 100%, that being said these shoes missed the mark. The top fabric feels a bit too stretchy. While hiking or trail running my foot wants to slide off the sole. This has caused me to almost roll my ankles constantly. I’ve tried alternative lacing styles to help, but nothing has worked. Even freshly laced and new, my toes slid to and sometimes over the front of the shoe. If there is anything off camber I will not run, since I’ve found my foot off the side of the shoe. These are sized correctly and like a stated, I almost exclusively wear NB shoes from golf, day to day, running, Etc.

Right trainer feels odd around outer side of ankle.it pushes onto ankle bone...makes walking very unpleasant

Nice dshoes, good comThe shoes is comfy, took it for a trail run and the support was here. The grip is very nice and useful when I was crossing paths with water. The toebox is resistant, maybe a bit tight, depending on your shoes size, I would take a size or 1/2 size up> fort and security

2nd attempt at transitioning from a hiking boot to a trail runner (not NB on 1st) and this time it was successful! Very comfortable, stable base, and no hotspots after about 50 miles so far. I just wish it had a hook on the bottom lace for trail gaiters.

I have a pair of the Heirro Goretex that I love. I love the non goretex model too, but they are shorter than the Goretex model. My toes hit the end. I love the support both models provide and comfort. The sizing is the only issue I have a problem with.
Excellent quality super comfy good price and food color and price.I be get it in orher color

Excellent Grip, I feel they have Ant-Fatigue features. I think i have finally found the running shoes for me. I have flat feet, and these give me support, comfort and spring to do my daily 5 miles on the treadmill. Also have work all day without feeling like i am wearing running shoes. pretty neat PS. It would be nice to be rewarded for these reviews especially since it can convert to sales. Thanks in advance
