Size 11.5 Shoe Is Anything But Wide

Online order: I ordered size 11.5 based on the fit of a pair of NB I bought last year. Taking the shoes out of the box, visually the shoe looked smaller all around but especially in the width. Putting the shoe on, length was okay but to call these wide is completely wrong. Now I'm going to have to go to Bondi Junction to return them. Cheaper than sending them back to NB by courier but it's not exactly local for me. I don't understand how 2 types of shoes that should be the same size can in fact be so physically different in size.

Style And Cushion For Wide Feet

Great shoe with lots of cushioning. My son loves the muted colors too. He has a wide foot and New Balance provides the best shoe fit for him, I’m glad he’s liking the styles available now. It’s difficult to find the right mix and style for a 12 year old. He also likes the Rebel style.
