Overall, seems like it would be a great shoe. However, the fit seems to be about a 1/2 size small. The right shoe on my pair specifically rubbed my ankle raw after only 3 miles while wearing long socks. Wish I could exchange for a bigger size.

Best Shoe For High Intensity Dance Fitness

I take an intense dance fitness class (lots of jumping, quick turns, fast footwork) and these are by far my favorite sneakers. The cushion is great for high impact, the shape of the shoe allows for pivots and movement, and the lightness of the shoe itself helps me stay on my toes. Plus, they look fantastic. I’ve been wearing the supercomp elite sneakers for about 3 years but this model is definitely my favorite.
