Fantastic Training Shoes

I use these for training. They weigh about as much as the Nike ZoomFly 6. The energy return is fantastic as well as the shock absorption. I typically hit much faster training times in these shoes. The tongue would be better if it had holes the shoelaces could use to hold in place at the top.

Could’ve Been A Nice Supershoe For Me

I did 0.5 size up because there are no longer available wide width options. I paired it with thinner socks for a snug fit. I ran it for a half marathon race. The shoe is so light, well-cushioned and bouncy, perfect for long speed runs. However, I’ve had blisters and a bruised big toenail after. Maybe the normal width is not good for me after all.
