Fantastic Training Shoes

I use these for training. They weigh about as much as the Nike ZoomFly 6. The energy return is fantastic as well as the shock absorption. I typically hit much faster training times in these shoes. The tongue would be better if it had holes the shoelaces could use to hold in place at the top.

Bought these to replace a more aggressive plated shoe for a marathon effort and glad I did. Well cushioned with a firm rocker feel. These are very forgiving and have changed my perspective on plated shoes overall....that one should not have to sacrifice comfort for performance. I went up half size and the fit was perfect.
