Lighter, Sleeker, More Propulsive, And More Stable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used them multiple times in relays and short races. The main improvements from the previous model (v4) are lighter, slimmer, better forward propulsion, and ankle stability. The specifications have evolved to suit runners seeking higher speeds in marathons. First and most noticeable is the weight reduction. I could clearly feel the difference in lightness, from the feel in my hand to when actually running. In addition, the slimmer upper shape improves the fit of the midfoot. The previous slightly thick impression has been eliminated, resulting in a sharper, more comfortable feel. Stability and propulsion at ground contact have also been enhanced, and the smooth rolling of the forefoot improves running efficiency. The rebound force is appropriately converted forward, making it easier to pick up speed. In addition, the ankle instability (flexion) that is typical of thick-soled shoes on rough terrain has been greatly reduced. While the v4 had outstanding cushioning, the strong upward rebound felt has been improved, and the balance between stability and propulsion has been optimized. Overall, the v5 is a highly refined model that achieves both a sense of security and speed performance. As a shoe that can maintain stable propulsion even in the latter half of a marathon, it is one that we can recommend to many runners.

My Personal Experience With The Sc Elite V5

The new version feels much lighter and more explosive on the run. The plate feels stiffer in the front, and the takeoff phase at fast speeds is much more explosive. They undoubtedly offer superior performance!
