Forget whatever you e heard about these shoes. These are what EVO SL’s think they are. The SC Elite V5’s let you out the power down, stride after stride with confidence. The soft foam mixed with the carbon plate, give a comfortable ride while having access to control and consistent power. It’s like having a GT-R for a shoe. The grip is amazing thanks to the mini knobs and great rubber. I just can’t say enough good things about these shoes. The upper is so breathable it’s like wearing premium underwear on your feet. You would think it would feel loos with how soft it is but the lockdown is perfect. I got them in wide 11.5. It fits the same as an 11.5 in my Pro 4’s but better shaped toe box on the NB. I can’t imagine these shoes ever out of my rotation.

Only Wide Carbon Plated Shoe!
This shoe is excellent with a solid feel and springy toe off. My foot is wide and the wide size here really accommodates my feet and helps with race day PRs. Definitely lighter and better than the v4 which felt a bit overbuilt in comparison. Great for 5k all the way to marathon distances. I have PR’d both a half and a full in this shoe.
