I use these for my long training runs. They feel 'hard' as opposed to the current cushioned feel with most shoes today both with or with or without a carbon plate. Performance wise, they are OK, not great, not bad. For the cost, I would not recommend them, as there are many other brands that offer, what I feel are better performing long run training shoes for a better value.

I never give 5-star ratings because, let's be honest, there is never a perfect product. Nevertheless, I will make an exception here. These are great! In fact, I enjoy them so much that they somehow keep skipping the line in my rotation and coming back to the top, days early. They are a little stiff and maybe a little chunky, but they feel as good as a certain, shall we say, swooshy brand, and they deliver at a much better price point. Love.
