These cleats look great and have a lot of traction at the toe but not the heel. These aren’t the heaviest cleats I’ve worn. Pretty light but not the lightest. They are uncomfortable and may take a couple days to break in but are comfortable after those couple days. I did have to exchange them once the traction plate started coming off at the toe
