These are my foot savor! When I was working in the kitchen I paired these insoles with the MX608v5 slip resistant shoes. To be honest, it helped take away my planter fasciitis. The plastic arch support part of the insole is too stiff and it's uncomfortable. It also made my feet hot and sweaty. I retuned these and bought an insole type that has foam as the arch support region. It is far more comfortable and not hot.

The site says size F is meant for 11.5 size Men's shoes, but the Size E fits my 11.5 Gore-Tex New Balance shoes perfectly. This chart is misleading.
